We loved the breakfast each day-it was always fresh and beautifully presented. But the ensuite could have been a touch bigger. A sweet stay!

It was a Victorian hotel which had terrific service. The location was absolutely perfect and stunning in the busy area. The main shopping centre and department shops were right next door. We appreciated a good restaurant with a local menu.

The room was new-fashioned and airy in general, with en-suite bathroom both overlooking the garden. The hotel was in an incredible location, to the Kent seaside.

Parking was indeed a challenge. The main road has very limited spaces. I found the room to be a bit chilly despite the provided coverings. While the decor was unique, it lacked those extra touches to was good.
